Job Description
Viridian Staffing's Client is seeking hard-working, reliable Cultivation Technicians to join their expanding indoor medical marijuana cultivation operation about 30 minutes west of the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, area. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on cannabis experience working alongside a disciplined, supportive Head Grower and a small, passionate team. This shift is 11:30 am - 8 pm and will require working weekends at least a couple of times/month.

Some overtime may be necessary.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing () is the original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with all daily cultivation tasks including de-leafing, pruning, watering, transplanting, and general maintenance throughout the facility. You'll be working in a clean, climate-controlled vertical grow environment-so ability to climb and comfort with ladders and moderate heights is a must. The ideal candidate is upbeat, dependable, and eager to learn. Cannabis experience is a plus, but an exceptional work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are most important.

This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of 11:30 AM-8 PM, Monday through Friday, with at least twice monthly weekend work and flexibility during peak harvest times. Compensation starts at $20/hour with the potential to grow quickly based on performance. According to State Law in Oklahoma, candidates must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for OMMA employee credentialing, including a background check.
