About the RoleThe Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies to support efficient warehouse operations. This role works closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper inventory flow and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records and system data
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory movement, storage, and replenishment
- Analyze inventory data and report issues or shortages
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
- Support inventory process improvements and audits
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
