A transportation company in El Paso is looking for Mentors to train new drivers on OTR routes.
This role offers a competitive pay structure where you're paid for all truck miles driven, including student miles. You'll be responsible for guiding students through their OTR experience, ensuring they meet driving requirements and gain valuable road skills. A valid CDL-A license and clean driving record are necessary, along with a positive attitude and at least 3 months of driving experience.
Various bonuses and incentives for successful mentorship are included in the compensation package.
