Non-CDL Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced non‑CDL Driver to join our elite team in El Paso, TX.

• 15.50–16.48 per hour

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; no Schedule I drug use as per DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40.

• Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity conditions (100% of the job).
• Work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on uneven surfaces.
• Push and pull objects up to 30–45 pounds; lift materials up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch for equipment at ground level.
• Work in heavy traffic areas; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
