Recreation Aid; Facility Aid NF

This position is located at the Fort Bliss Tennis Club/Fitness Zone.

• Facility Sanitation:
  Maintain the fitness center and restrooms in accordance with MWR cleanliness standards.
• Event Coordination:
  Facilitate league play by managing court logistics, player check-ins, and basic first-aid assistance.
• Technical Court Maintenance:
  Perform groundskeeping and equipment upkeep, including net installation and windscreen management.
• Program Support:
  Administer registration and attendance for adult and junior tennis programs to ensure a seamless experience.
• Guest Relations:
  Manage facility access through , equipment rentals, and ball machine setup.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.
  2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Must be available to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and possible holidays.
• Must possess the following within 6 months of employment: MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service.
