Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Earth Work Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). The ideal candidate has strong expertise in dirt work, excavation, grading, and culvert installation, and can lead field operations while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all earthwork activities, including excavation, grading, back filling, and culvert installation.
- Ensure all work meets contract specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Manage crew schedules, productivity, and on-site problem solving.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other field stakeholders.
- Monitor materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
- Maintain daily logs, inspections, and progress reports.

Qualifications- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Earth Work Superintendent at White Sands Missile Range.
- Strong background in dirt work, culvert installation, and heavy civil operations.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements for military installations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specifications.
- Active security clearance preferred or ability to obtain one.
