Security Officer Night Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter theft and/or disruptive behavior;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and communicate observations to store management and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disputes, disturbances, and/or medical situations, and documenting actions taken;
Support access control and traffic flow by observing entry and exit points, assisting with customer and associate questions, and coordinating with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when requested
