Provide customer service to guests and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, potential hazards, and policy violations, and communicate concerns to store leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and coordination with law enforcement;
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and support investigations as needed
