Security Officer Patrol Driver Weekends

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, associates, and management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, and suspected shoplifting, and request assistance from local authorities when needed.;
Monitor access points, observe customer traffic patterns, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations to site leadership using clear, detailed written and verbal communication.;
Complete incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation, and support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and coordinating with store teams during peak traffic periods.
