Business Development and Sales Representative Role Overview

As part of our El Paso team, Tierwest is recruiting Business Development and Sales Representatives to support B2B, face-to-face growth campaigns. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and supporting the acquisition of new business customers through structured, in-person sales activity.

This position suits individuals who are commercially minded, confident communicating with businesses, and interested in developing long-term skills in business development and sales.

About the Company & Campaign

Tierwest delivers in-person B2B sales and promotional campaigns for essential service providers. The El paso team will support a telecommunications client offering business-focused solutions such as mobile services, internet connectivity, and communication packages designed for small to mid‑sized organisations.

Campaigns are delivered face‑to‑face and are focused on understanding business needs, explaining relevant solutions, and supporting informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging with local businesses to introduce relevant telecom solutions
  • Identifying potential opportunities through needs‑based conversations
  • Explaining business services, pricing structures, and onboarding processes clearly
  • Supporting the sales process from initial discussion through to completed agreement
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes
  • Working toward agreed performance goals while maintaining a professional, consultative approach

  • With weekly pay and clear progression, this role provides realistic first‑year earning potential of $60,000–$70,000, depending on performance
