Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Power)
The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment specifically large generators, air compressors, temperature control, and desiccant dehumidifiers. This position targets the commercial market segment, including customers who consistently use equipment for short‑term or long‑term projects such as sand blasting, industrial coating, painting, power plants, surface preparation contractors, manufacturing/processing plants, large venues, special event contractors, facility maintenance contractors, tent rental companies, party rental companies, remediation/restoration, general contractors, HVAC contractors, electrical contractors, construction drying, generator service contractors, hospitals, telecommunications, new home construction, schools, correctional facilities, or college campuses.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate profitable sales by identifying and developing business opportunities within the commercial power sector. Present equipment solutions and business reviews to potential and existing customers. Maintain customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business. Communicate effectively with internal teams to support project management and customer service.
Qualifications- B2B direct sales experience and/or project management experience within the equipment industry (required)
- Background in power generation and testing equipment is highly desirable
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills (must)
- Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management
- Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 25 lbs or more, and work indoors/outdoors as required

Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 – $58,168.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
