- Customer Service experience (minimum 1 year preferred, but not necessary)
- Sales experience (minimum 1 year preferred, but not necessary)
- Knowledge and understanding of sales process
- Communication and good presentation

- Help homeowners get their desired project with our financing options
- Evaluating customer needs
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Collaborating with others
- Promote our brand and services

- Attend training and meetings as needed
- Take accurate measurements of potential customers projects
- Request quotes to the office
- Run credits
- Customer service during the sale and after the sale
- Get referrals from previous customers and other sources
- Prospect new customers (networking, D2D, Social Media, email, calls, referrals)
- Negotiate prices and terms
- Get customer signatures for contracts and documents
- Reporting to the management team
Job Description
As a sales representative you will be able to work within a selling system process in the fields of landscape design and home remodeling. Your job will be mainly to make sales for new projects while creating a good relationship with your customers in order to get more referrals. During the sales proces you will be responsible of following the sales procedures established by the team through an efficiently proven system that allows you to make the sales easily and reduce the probability of mistakes.
You will be trained in the company's culture and also the tools we use to do this job in the right way. You will also be responsible for working as a team; most of the time you will get the appointments for your sales but you will also have to prospect new customers on your own, a small portion of time from the week will be used to prospect new customers only if it is necessary.
