Overview
The Contract Sales Manager is responsible for immediate business development and revenue generation through the sale of professional security services. This role focuses exclusively on selling armed and unarmed security officer services, event security, patrol services, executive protection, and investigative services to commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients.
The ideal candidate has prior experience selling contract-based security services and can independently prospect, present, negotiate, and close service agreements with minimal ramp-up time.
$60k - $70k, plus bonuses
Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and close new client accounts for:
- Armed security officers
- Unarmed security officers
- Event and venue security
- Patrol and access-control services
- Executive/personal protection service
- Private investigative services
- Conduct client consultations and site assessments to identify security needs and risks
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, and pricing for contract-based security services
- Negotiate service agreement within approved pricing and contractual parameters
- 1 - 3 years B2B sales experience in security services
- Proven ability to sell recurring, contract-based security services
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- CRM proficiency
- Experience selling armed or unarmed guard services
- Knowledge of local and state security regulations
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or government clients
- Existing local business relationships
