Position: Distributor Sales Executive
Region: South Central
As a Distributor Sales Executive, you will be part of the South Central Region Sales Team. Your responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales volume, distribution, merchandising, and promotion and program execution targets within the allocated geography. This role reports to the General Manager – Sales and works closely with Chain Sales Executives and Field Marketing.
What You’ll Be Brewing- Drive customer and solution‑based selling with distributors.
- Implement qualitative and quantitative measures for brand health and channel/customer volume.
- Execute hands‑on partner training (category skills and competencies) and communicate monthly and annual volume and executional goals.
- Manage problem resolution as required.
- Assist in developing effective customer merchandising tools and programming.
- Maintain sound investment and spending practices while delivering strong results.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Have 4+ years of sales or related experience.
- Be willing and able to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory, and attend occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the territory.
- Act with urgency to respond to market events and trends requiring quick turnaround.
- Display confidence, competence, diplomacy, professionalism, and sound judgment to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
- Negotiate with a client‑focused mindset; foster curiosity and innovative style; execute given ideas effectively.

Pay and BenefitsSalary range: $94,000 – $123,400 (posting salary range)
Target short‑term incentive: 15%
Average benefits cost per employee: $23,000, covering health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness incentives, EAP, and paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick days).
The posting range above reflects the amount we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation is based on factors including work location, experience, skill set, and internal equity.
