Sales Development Representative at The WFS Group
Base pay range: $55,000/year - $65,000/year
Job DescriptionOur focus is high-ticket sales, defined as offerings priced at $10k or above. We store a constant flow of leads via world‑class marketing systems, but our biggest bottleneck is converting these leads into qualified sales appointments. The Sales Development Representative – or setter – will dial a high volume of warm leads that have opted in and express interest. The goal is to generate qualified appointments that drive pipeline and revenue.
Position OverviewHigh‑output, sales‑driven individuals who are motivated to fill the closer’s calendar with qualified appointments. Outbound dialing dominates, but inbound screening is also required.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations.
- Coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
- Attend sales team meetings and training sessions.
- Follow up with prospects who’ve shown interest but haven’t committed.
- Consistently improve product knowledge through the sales training center.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and review call recordings.
- Engage in question‑led discovery to identify challenges and create urgency for WFS offers.
- Build relationships with leads using a consultative approach.
- Ensure leads review sales content before connecting with a closer.
- Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas.
- Maintain CRM best practices for tracking activities and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for a seamless sales process.
- Display WFS core values at all times.
- 6+ months of SDR or appointment‑setter experience in high‑ticket or consultative sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with a drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent people skills and rapport building.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- You know you’re a top producer or earner.
- You have phone/Zoom sales experience.
- You’re competitive and understand the numbers game.
- You want to advance your sales career but lack extensive closing experience.
- You thrive on high‑output dialing.
