Kaeser is seeking an energetic, self‑driven Territory Manager for a geographic territory covering El Paso and surrounding areas. You will receive internet‑generated leads, a large technical support team, and comprehensive online and in‑class technical training and certifications (air travel required only for training).

• Call on end‑customers in the territory to promote and sell energy‑saving air compressors and related equipment that significantly impact customer cost and electrical consumption.
• Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell high‑quality air systems.
• Represent Kaeser professionally at all times.
• Utilize a variety of Kaeser‑provided sales tools.
• Reach and maintain sales goals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proven time/territorial management skills.
• Clean driving record (required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.

• Base salary range: $55,850.00 – $88,090.00.
