Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Associate to drive sales and promote our brand within a 250‑mile territory. The ideal candidate is a top performer who can manage their own territory, prospect new clients, and achieve uncapped earnings.
Your Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activities in your territory.
- Deliver excellent presentations, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Use computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements.
- Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong motivation to win.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging demeanor.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
- 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Knowledge of the general contractor and building industry preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
- Ability to comprehend construction drawings.
Flexibility to cover a territory within a 250‑mile radius with occasional overnight stays, up to 75% travel.
Physical RequirementsUse of ladders, climbing, stooping, balancing, kneeling, crawling, bending, lifting, and driving a vehicle. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or less and stand or sit for long periods.

The actual base salary offered will vary based on relevant factors. This position is full‑time, mid‑senior level, within the Sales and Business Development function.
