Job Title
Sales Representative
PayBase payment ranges from $50,000.00 to $ per year.
Additional compensation includes annual bonus and commission.
Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Utilize the company’s platform to identify qualified prospects and concentrate on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs, and present suitable life‑insurance options. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver persuasive presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting the benefits and features of the life‑insurance products and customizing them to address specific client concerns. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing continual support and service and performing regular follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position the company’s offerings effectively and supply clients with relevant information. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of sales activity, client interactions, and progress toward targets, and prepare reports for management review. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain confidentiality of client information, and uphold ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the capacity to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Life‑insurance license or the willingness to obtain one (company will assist if not currently licensed).
