Compensation

• Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
• Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they keep clothing racks, tables, and displays maintained and orderly throughout the day.
