• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, work to a schedule, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
• Deliver on on-the-job training and orientation; maintain effective communication with customers and co-workers to process orders (in person and by phone).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (may use calculator); make correct monetary change; enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area; deliver product to various sites while carrying product; follow safety and quality standards.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions; in-store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F +; exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust; hot surfaces up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving parts.
• Awareness of safety hazards during delivery and store operations; mobile tasks that require physical effort such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending and reaching.

• Standing for most tasks; walking on varied surfaces; sitting when completing paperwork; lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds; handling supplies up to 72 inches high; carrying multiple items; climbing stairs or ladders for prices, maintenance, or stock tasks.
• Frequent reaching, grip strength, dexterity for dough handling, pizza cutting, and operating equipment.

• We will train if you have no experience; must have a great work ethic and can-do attitude.
