• Read and interpret simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers, clients, and coworkers.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs frequently, up to 45 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills

The Utilities Clerk assists in the proper maintenance of the store, especially in the Produce Department, and supports customers on the store floor. Key duties include:

• Bag groceries for customers and carry groceries when requested.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Retrieve and manage store carts.
• Run price checks and assist with go‑backs.
• Assist with check stand upkeep and remove waste from the parking area.
