Household Furniture, El Paso’s largest and oldest family‑owned furniture retailer, is seeking motivated, customer‑focused Sales Associates to join our Clearance Store team. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment where success is driven by hustle, product knowledge, and closing skills.

Our Clearance Store operates differently than our traditional showrooms:

• Greet and assist customers in a high‑volume environment
• Actively sell clearance merchandise and close sales efficiently
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, and availability
• Process sales accurately through the POS system
  
  Maintain showroom appearance and merchandise organization
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals
• Provide excellent customer service while working quickly and effectively

• Sales experience preferred (retail or commission‑based sales a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist customers throughout the shift

• Retail hours including evenings and weekends
• Shifts typically fall within:
  • Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Off Sundays and 1 weekday
