General Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading all store operations, delivering key sales targets and KPI’s, and ensuring maintenance of the qualitative objectives set for the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding all qualitative and quantitative (KPI) targets for the store.
• Ensuring all procedures, processes and actions defined by the company and Sales Managers are correctly implemented.
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and strong relationships with key clients (client book maintenance and development).
• Stock control, cash management, sales forecasts, and daily reporting.
• Recruiting, evaluating, and motivating store staff; creating a cohesive team that continually exceeds goals.
• Providing staff training and development in products, procedures, and sales techniques following company policies.
• Ensuring an accurate brand image, maintaining visual merchandising standards, maximizing product rotation, managing best‑sellers, and conducting regular inventories.
• Managing staff schedules and rotation to maximize revenue and optimize staff costs.
• Guaranteeing adherence to safety and security standards.
• Setting and controlling individual and store sales goals, KPI’s, and tasks; taking corrective action when necessary.
• Acting as the primary contact point between customers and the company, providing data to improve processes and adapt services to local consumers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in fashion luxury brands.
• Proven track record in fashion-forward and customer-oriented retail.
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining client relations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead, develop, motivate, and influence people.
• Business vision, analysis, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Bi‑lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
