Description: Concessions Staff – Late afternoon into evenings, weekends. The Concessions Staff are responsible for maintaining operations and assisting customers at the concession stand at Veterans Park in Lake Geneva. This position assists in setting the example and ensuring the highest-level customer experience and reports to the Concessions Manager and/or Sports Operations Director. Hours will primarily be evenings Monday – Friday 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm and some weekend day/evening shifts for any tournaments.

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle cash operations: greeting, taking orders, accepting payments, and processing cash, debit, and credit cards.
• Prepare food items such as popcorn, hot dogs, hamburgers, and nachos following standard formulas or directions.
• Prepare bills using registers and make change as needed.
• Scrub and sanitize counters and other equipment.
• Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders; stock and restock items as necessary.
• Ensure sanitation procedures comply with local licensing regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age of 16 years old. Must pass a criminal background check.
• Typical requirements within 60 days of hire include completion of Adult and Pediatric CPR, First Aid & AED;
  Bloodborne Pathogens.
• Must complete Child Abuse Prevention Training before the first day.
• Any state licensing requirements as applicable.
