The Hive Java Lounge is looking for a coffee-loving, people-friendly rockstar to join our team!
What we need:
- Must be available weekends (non-negotiable)
- A few weekday shifts as needed
- Someone who loves working in a fast-paced, fun, family-style environment
- No experience? No problem. We'll teach you the Hive way!
- Must be able to move quickly, handle busy rushes, take initiative without being told, and be willing to do cleaning and dishes.
Pay depends on experience. No experience begins at minimum wage. After a month of paid training, you'll start receiving tips, which should increase your hourly pay by a few dollars. After 3 months, your skills and work ethic will be evaluated for potential pay raises.
