Job Summary
As Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations for a dining account in an acute care setting, manage and lead a team of associates, maintain client relations, and ensure superior food quality available to patients, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
- Collaborate with the chef and management team to create menus and provide top‑quality food.
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
- Roll out new culinary programs.
- BS in Hospitality, Culinary, or similar preferred.
- Three to five years of food‑service operation experience.
- Food‑service management experience in an acute care/healthcare setting highly preferred.
- High‑volume production and catering experience essential.
- Prior experience managing a budget.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food‑service company.
