F&B Executive Steward

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of both kitchen, dish room, and chemical mop closet.
• The position is very hands on and you will need to work well with kitchen and banquet staff.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning products, sanitation and dish machine products.
• Maintain inventory and organization of all China, glassware, and silverware.
• Help lead temporary dish staff in dish room.
• Running and maintenance of the main dish machine.
• Other duties as assigned.

At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.

• Strong ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
• Results oriented individuals with the ability to meet required timelines.
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
• Must adhere to local Food Codes.
