Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor production processing via random QA audits.
- Conduct quality inspections using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Perform statistical analysis on select processes and report findings.
- Assist with problem-solving, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results.
- Ensure compliance with specifications for incoming materials and outgoing products.
- Verify production personnel adherence to correct procedures.
- Assist in training production operators in QA measurement procedures.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and work instructions.
- Audit and maintain compliance with required quality management system standards.
- Provide detailed quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by quality management.
- 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance (Preferred).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in enforcing SOPs and product specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- HS Diploma/GED required.
- Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required, depending on the location.
