Position Summary: The Quality Control Manager ensures all work performed under the contract meets required quality, safety, and performance standards. This role operates independently from daily execution to provide objective oversight, inspections, and verification of services.
This role supports a potential contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Quality Control Program and Quality Control Plan
- Conduct inspections, audits, and performance evaluations
- Identify deficiencies and track corrective actions to completion
- Verify compliance with contract requirements, OEM standards, and safety regulations
- Prepare quality reports and performance trend analyses
- Interface directly with Government quality and oversight personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Facilities, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quality management or inspection experience, preferably in facilities or federal environments
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Knowledge of maintenance standards, safety regulations, and compliance audits
- Ability to work independently and objectively
