Position: Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Join Our Team as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Elevate Patient Care in a Dynamic Environment

Are you a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist seeking an exceptional opportunity to make a difference? We are looking for an experienced and compassionate CRNA to provide high-quality anesthesia services in a collaborative and friendly setting.

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse case load, including orthopedic, general, pediatric, plastics, ENT, and gynecological surgeries, within a supportive team committed to your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer general anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards
Required Skills:
  • Valid and active CRNA certification
  • Proven experience administering general anesthesia across diverse surgical cases
  • Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm and precise in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience working in outpatient or surgical center settings
  • Knowledge of pediatric anesthesia and other specialized areas
  • Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, ideally in a surgical or outpatient setting
Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work 10 or 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a busy surgical environment with a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day
  • Willingness to work in El Paso, TX, with understanding that local providers will not be considered due to existing local PRN arrangements
Compensation:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
