Required Skills:
- Current and valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and licensure
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration, ideally with diverse case types
- Ability to independently assess patient needs and manage anesthesia plans
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with general anesthesia procedures, including orthopedic, pediatric, plastic, ENT, and gynecological cases
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
- Knowledge of advanced airway management techniques
- Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, are a plus
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
- At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice
- Expertise in a variety of surgical settings and anesthesia modalities
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 10 or 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to comply with all hospital and legal requirements, including certifications and licensure
- No rounding duties required; focus solely on anesthesia care for approximately 10 patients per day
- Travel and licensure reimbursement opportunities when applicable
