Required Skills:

• Valid and current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Proven experience with general anesthesia management and perioperative care
• Strong clinical knowledge in anesthesia techniques for diverse cases including ortho, general, pediatrics, plastics, ENT, and GYN
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a care team
• Competence with patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring during anesthesia

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a similar fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications in advanced airway management or pain management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing CRNA in a hospital or surgical setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 10 or 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to work in El Paso, known as the Sun City, with its excellent weather and safety reputation
• No rounding required for this position; scheduled patient load of approximately 10 patients per day
• Must be able to document and comply with all licensure, certification, and applicable legal requirements
• Travel and other reimbursements will be provided when applicable
