Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at El Paso Behavioral Health System, you will coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members, following the nursing process and the standards of care established by the Texas Board of Nursing.

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
• Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
• Must have current CPR certification upon hire.
• Successful completion of Handle With Care training, including physical hold and verbal de‑escalation during orientation.
