As a Medical Orders Coordinator
, you are the critical link between our clinical team, physicians, and referral partners. You’ll spend part of your day in the office and a large part of it on the road, picking up and delivering medical orders, coordinating signatures, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
If you enjoy working independently, staying organized under pressure, and building rapport with people face-to-face, this role may be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing- Pick up and deliver physician orders daily across El Paso and surrounding areas
- Run documents between Tender Care offices and medical facilities as needed
- Track, process, and maintain physician orders in compliance with agency and Medicare requirements
- Prepare, print, and organize daily physician order batches
- Communicate regularly with Sales, Billing, and Medical Orders teams regarding order status
- Identify and escalate physician signature issues quickly
- Submit weekly order status reports to leadership and billing
- Maintain organized files, supplies, and office areas
- Participate in meetings and support team workflows
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition (required)
- Ability to navigate El Paso efficiently and manage time well
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
- Combination of office work and daily driving
- Use of standard office equipment and supplies
- Occasional weekends, holidays, or overtime may be required
- Must be able to drive for extended periods and manage multiple stops daily
- $15.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses
