Position Overview
This is a full-time Registered Nurse role with competitive hourly pay ranging from $32 to $45 USD, adjusted for local cost of living. The assignment spans three years and includes visa sponsorship, relocation support, and a generous benefits package. Nurses will be employed directly by Elite
365 and placed in acute care settings that match their clinical experience and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Create and implement personalized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care procedures
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Operate medical equipment safely and effectively
• Supervise junior nursing staff when required

Eligibility Requirements

• Canadian or Mexican citizenship (required for TN Visa)
• Nurses from other countries may apply for EB-3 Green Card sponsorship
• Must be English-speaking
• Must have passed NCLEX or be willing to take it
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have current acute care experience or a gap of less than two years
• Must be flexible with assignment location
