Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position working weekday shifts in a surgical setting, requiring a TX or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room (OR) within a hospital surgical department

• Surgical cases and procedures in a multidisciplinary patient population

• Monday through Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• 13-week assignment

• Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients

• No Canadian SSN accepted for consideration

• Application requires submission of US Social Security Number and date of birth

Requirements

• Active TX or compact state RN license

• Minimum of 1 year recent RN OR experience required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accepted from AHA or ARC

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
