Production Supervisor

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
• Plan and organize people schedules against production schedules to ensure productivity while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
• Work with HR to ensure labor needs for temporary workers.
• Manage leads to ensure department productivity.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality targets.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
• Notify maintenance when equipment requires maintenance or repair.
• Maintains appropriate levels of tools needed to ensure the effective operation of the El Paso production facility.
• Train employees to enhance their skills and capabilities and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 3 years + of experience supervising people and production processes and programs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bi-lingual in English & Spanish is required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers and external partners.
• Excellent communication and demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Ability to work at a high rate of productivity.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
