Quality Supervisor

As the Quality Supervisor, you will lead day‑to‑day quality operations on the production floor while supervising a team of quality inspectors and technicians. You will ensure that nonconforming product is properly controlled, calibration programs remain compliant, and scrap and RMA processes run efficiently.

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10+ quality personnel, ensuring daily coverage and performance expectations are met.
• Lead the quality hold and MRB processes, coordinating containment actions and driving timely material disposition.
• Oversee the calibration program, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, scheduled, and compliant with ISO and internal standards.
• Administer and monitor RMA processes for both suppliers and customers, ensuring timely processing of returns, credits, and debits.
• Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
• Support audits, process reviews, and compliance initiatives related to ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or applicable industry standards.

Manufacturing Quality Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience and skills will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proven experience supervising 10+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in coaching, training, performance management, and holding teams accountable.
• Experience leading hourly workforce and managing day‑to‑day operational performance.
• Strong communicator able to interface effectively with shop floor employees and top management.
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross‑functional discussions with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and other teams.
• Experience managing or auditing calibration schedules for production and inspection equipment.
• Understanding of ISO 17025, measurement systems analysis, and calibration traceability.
• Ability to maintain accurate calibration records and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
