What Youll Do:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines
- Perform mold changes and troubleshoot process issues
- Monitor and adjust parameters for optimal quality and efficiency
- Support continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives
What Were Looking For :
- 3+ years of injection molding experience
- Experience with machines such as ENGEL, ARBURG, or similar
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel to Juarez plant as needed
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in cross-border or multicultural manufacturing
- Conversational English or Spanish
