Plans and assigns work tasks among assembly team to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related production goals;
Performs job tracking and reporting, overseeing the efficiency and output of assembler team;
Trains new assembler employees in the tasks required for component assembly work, including actual assembly techniques, use of tools and machinery, and safety guidelines and procedures;
Tends machines to perform fastening operations on assembly line;
Maintains clean equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures
