- Operate industrial sewing machines
- Sew and assemble fabric or textile products
- Meet quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Sewing experience preferred (not required for novice roles)
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
