Job Description Summary
- Act as senior shift management overseeing workflow, staffing, and performance to meet production schedules.
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior shift leaders, team leads, and trainers.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA QSR requirements.
- Monitor and manage production KPIs (throughput, yield, scrap, efficiency).
- Lead root cause investigations, CAPA activities, and process deviations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
- Enforce safety rules, lead incident investigations, and maintain training compliance.
- Serve as the daily communication bridge between production floor and leadership.
- Maintain time and production records accurately.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts (Lean, 5S, standard work, waste reduction).
- Support QMS, EMS, and regulatory requirements across operations.
- Apply root cause problem solving and guide cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Improve quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean concepts.
- Prioritize operator support, training, attendance control, overtime management, and retention.

- Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
