Builders First Source - - 12121 Dyer Street - Responsibilities:
Plans and assigns work tasks among assembly team in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related production goals.;
Performs job tracking and reporting, overseeing the efficiency and output of assembler team.;
Trains new assembler employees in the tasks required for component assembly work, including actual assembly techniques, use of tools and machinery, and safety guidelines and procedures.;
Works in environment where tasks change as varying models of product are produced.;
Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
