Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Compliance Manager Manufacturing to join their team. As a Corporate Compliance Manager Manufacturing, you will be an integral part of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to compliance and safety initiatives, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Corporate Compliance Manager Manufacturing

Location: El Paso, Texas

Pay Range: $102,000 - $121,000 Base plus Bonus, Benefits, Relo

What’s the Job?
  • Ensure manufacturing and warehouse operations comply with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local fire marshal regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures aligned with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions to uphold safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, including Fire Marshal, OSHA, and City Code Enforcement.
  • Oversee fire prevention systems, safety documentation, and employee training on compliance and emergency procedures.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, EHS, or regulatory management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local building/fire codes.
  • Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and conducting safety audits.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP or CIH are preferred.
