Machine Operator - Entry Level
Full-time
Textape is hiring multiple entry level Machine operators!!
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 pm | $10 per hour (after 90 day review, up to 5-10% increase)
Responsibilities- Process work orders according to customer requirements
- Operate all equipment properly, maintaining production reports
- Follow ISO/QS operating procedures and safety rules
- Work overtime when required (Saturday mornings)
- Cross‑train for advancement opportunities
- Initiative, positive attitude, team player, self‑motivated, sense of urgency
- Mechanical aptitude required
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Bilingual: must be able to read and write in English
- Proficient in math
- Physical stamina: standing, lifting, vision (color discrimination)
- Pass a drug test Punctual
- 401k contributions matched up to 7%
