Laborer - Color Blending & Warehouse Support

Pay: $19.00 per hour

We're seeking a reliable, safety-minded Laborer to support our color blending production team, assist with warehouse operations and deliveries, and provide hands-on customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and service.

• Organize, stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Support production by assisting with color blending and tinting processes
• Operate tinting, mixing, and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload products for deliveries and incoming shipments
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention
• Ensure compliance with quality service standards, rules, and regulations
• Troubleshoot and assist customers with spray equipment and product concerns
• Help maintain facility organization and cleanliness
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle checks

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license (may be required for delivery support)
