Olathe/Honcho boot factory is a recognized leader in high-quality boot making and is hiring.

We are seeking boot makers from entry level apprentice to master craftsman to support our El Paso factory. If you're looking for a company to grow with, not just work for, you're in the right place.

• Assist with basic production tasks and support skilled craftsmen.
• Prepare materials and components for the next steps in the manufacturing process.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Restock supplies and materials as needed to support workflow.
• Learn and follow company quality and safety standards.
• Take directions and show a willingness to learn new skills.

• Enjoy creating quality products using your hands.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• No prior experience necessary; master craftsman preferred.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Use of hands, tools, or equipment as required
• Repetitive motion required in box toe and organizing tasks.
• This is an on‑site position at our facility
• Work may involve exposure to leather materials, adhesives, and mechanical equipment
• Noise level and temperature may vary depending on department

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00am-2:30pm
