Laborer - Color Blending & Warehouse Support

Pay: $19.00 per hour

About the Role

Join our team and help keep our facility running efficiently! We're seeking a reliable, safety-minded Laborer to support our color blending production team, assist with warehouse operations and deliveries, and provide hands‑on customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and service.

• Organize, stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Support production by assisting with color blending and tinting processes
• Operate tinting, mixing, and material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload products for deliveries and incoming shipments
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention
• Ensure compliance with quality service standards, rules, and regulations
• Troubleshoot and assist customers with spray equipment and product concerns
• Help maintain facility organization and cleanliness
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle checks

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license (may be required for delivery support)
