Position OverviewPAK Foods is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Coach to oversee operations across multiple locations in West Texas. The right candidate will be an effective leader, strategic thinker, and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of multi-unit management success.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee operations of 5–10 locations to ensure execution of brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Train, coach, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers.
- Drive performance goals for sales, profitability, labor, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and operational improvements.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and teamwork.
- Minimum 2 years of multi-unit management experience
, preferably in QSR, restaurant, or retail environments. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the West Texas region.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Results-oriented with a passion for developing teams and driving success.
- Background in franchise or food service operations.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- Experience with inventory, scheduling, and P&L management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.
