In this role, you will be part of ADP's Strategic Operations Program Management Office (PMO). On a daily basis, you'll support key programs for ADP's future growth and success by planning, organizing, aligning, and supporting our teams as they deliver key milestones, deliverables, and resources. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred program life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames and requirements.

The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to lead the program team to successfully roll out ADP's strategic initiatives. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide for each scenario. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked team will help to set you up for success!

To thrive in this role, you’ll work with our BU partners as well as program team members building rapport, establishing trust, and shining with professionalism. You will support the program team by owning the overall program roadmap and ensuring that we are driving towards our objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Experience.

You have 8+ years of experience in relevant project management skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • Enterprise-level project management experience successfully leading multiple, highly complex, medium to large cross-functional, multi-year projects concurrently, from concept to delivery, in a matrixed environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies
  • Experience driving timeliness and budgets, and proactively leading communication with cross-functional stakeholders and team members throughout the project including setting up and facilitating meetings to keep things moving forward
